Refund Policy Guidelines

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with the products you purchase from us. However, to maintain high standards of quality and service, the following conditions apply:


Shipping

All customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items. We strongly recommend sending returned items with a tracking option, as we cannot be held liable for items lost during transit.

If the return is caused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees. The specific charge will depend on the courier service chosen.

If the items received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the customer is not required to cover the return shipping costs.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged Items

Please include photos and a video that clearly illustrate the poor quality of the items or the damaged parts to help us assist you as quickly as possible. The best images are taken on a flat, well-lit surface to make any faults easy to identify.

These details are used to resolve your issue and to prevent future problems. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the damaged or faulty item.


Returns

You may return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Important:
You must contact us before initiating a return, as the return address may vary depending on the origin of your order. Returns sent without prior communication may result in delays in processing.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider's policies.

Refunds are offered under the following circumstances:

  • Lost or undelivered parcels after 40 days.
  • Items arriving damaged or defective.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as orders may already be processed.

If the parcel is undelivered and returned to us due to the customer not collecting it, shipping costs for a second delivery attempt must be covered by the customer.


Shipping Policy (USA Only)

For USA Customers:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 8-12 days after order processing (1-2 days).

Additional Information

In certain cases, additional information such as a tax identification number may be required to process your order, particularly for customs clearance. If this information is not provided when requested, we may not be able to complete your order or provide a refund.
